Honestly? It's pretty simple. We started the Fundacja Fabryka Radości because we looked around our community and saw people who needed more joy in their lives — and we thought: we can do something about that. Not with a grand plan. Just by showing up, every single day.
We believe joy isn't a luxury. It's as essential as food or shelter. When a child laughs for the first time at one of our events, when a lonely elderly neighbour gets a visit and a warm meal, when a volunteer realises that giving is the best feeling in the world — something shifts. Communities become a little more human. Hope comes back where it had gone quiet.
That's why we're here. That's the engine behind every race we organise, every food parcel we pack, every kilometre we run, and every smile we chase.
These are our official goals — but really, they're just the things that matter most to us.
This is the heart of everything. We don't just hope happiness happens — we go out and make it happen, through events, personal visits, community programs, and a thousand small acts of care that add up to something big.
When someone is struggling, the last thing they need is a form to fill in. They need a person. We show up with food, with essentials, and most importantly — with genuine human presence. Nobody should have to go through hard times alone.
We believe moving your body is one of life's great joys. Our flagship events — the Wielonek Triathlon Challenge, the Tuchola Forest Trail Festival, and the Lubiewo Marathon — bring people together to celebrate health, nature, and the sheer pleasure of pushing yourself a little further than yesterday.
Children are at the very centre of our heart. We create magical days — superhero adventures, parachute games, outdoor challenges — that give kids something precious: the memory of a day when everything felt possible and the world felt safe and full of wonder.
The Tuchola Forest and Lake Koronowo aren't just beautiful settings for our events — they're part of our soul. We want every person who runs our trails or swims our lakes to leave with a deeper love for this land and a commitment to protect it.
No one changes a community alone. We work hand in hand with municipalities, local governments, businesses, and fellow nonprofits — because when good people work together, the joy we can create is so much bigger than any of us could manage on our own.
These aren't slogans on a poster. They're the things that guide every decision we make — from how we run an event to how we talk to someone who needs help.

We're not a talking foundation. We're a doing one. Our volunteers show up, roll up their sleeves, and get it done — whether that's packing food boxes at 7am or running 42 kilometres through a forest. Action is the most honest form of caring.
Every single interaction — with a race participant, a family in need, a brand new volunteer — is guided by genuine warmth. We're not delivering services. We're delivering care. There's a real difference, and we feel it every day.

🙋 Volunteer Power — None of this happens without our volunteers. They are the foundation of the Foundation. We create real, meaningful opportunities for people to give their time — and discover, often to their own surprise, just how good it feels to help.
